Are built primarily with self-supporting insulated metal panels, with floor grids for suction, self-supporting ceiling for the support of the sky and filter inlet/outlet ports with glazing.
 
OPERATION
Suitably heated air, through a boiler, is entered from the ceiling inside the cabin, passing through the sky filter, which eliminates impurities; the air, thus, free of impurities, vertically passes the cabin, via suction floor grids, removing from environment spray paint, which is caught, in part, by paint-stop fil-ter, positioned below the grids, and the remainder from cells of activated carbon on the drive-aspiring placed outside the cabin. After filtration, the air will be entered in accordance with the regulations.
Our booths are accompanied by:
- Diffuse and safe light. Large surface spotlights eliminate the risk of shadows and reflections, dis-seminating homogeneous light tones without altering the colours.
- Air damper, for painting and drying phases, manually or automatically operated.

COMPONENTS
- FILTER GF CARBON FILTER essentially consists of a structure in galvanized plate with shaped panels and front door with locking bolts for quick inspection. Inside, the filtrating set consists of the following stages of filtration:
- • filtrating section, composed of corrugated panels, able to capture solid pigments issued during painting, extractable front by appropriate inspection doors;
- • section with activated carbon, contained in micro-perforated plate cartridges; the air, through batteries of activated carbon, is intended for adsorption, through a physical process of purification and deodorization of organic solvents contained in paint;
- • fan section, made by a centrifugal fan group, with high performance, especially made for continuous work, formed by an cochlea in steel plate, the impeller statically and dynamically balanced, basement with shock absorbers, transmissions with protection casing.
- HOT AIR GENERATOR, of suitable thermal power and air flow, with external casings insulated and soun-dproofing, inside and outside surface treatment with special enamel epoxidized. High-class Motors, fans, electrical and thermostatic equipments. Explosion-proof door in die-cast aluminium, damper, average 90% thermal efficiency. Air dampers for painting and drying phasse operated manually or automatically.
