TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF OPERATION AND FILTERING SYSTEM
The purification is done in two sta-ges subsequent posts vertically:
SEDIMENTATION BEDROOM WITH SEPARATORThe drop separator, consisting of a set of specially. shaped fins to multiple folds, aims to separate, as first, the oil captured from the air. This oil is collected in an underlying discharge hopper.
FIRST STAGE: PREFILTRATIONAt this stage, which aims to stop larger particles, and avoid the overhead of the second stage, there is a metallic cell with galvanized frame, which contains, as filtrating media, a thin net on alternating layers.
SECOND STAGE: FILTRATION WITH MICROFIBER BAGSThe filtration is performed by a set of bags placed in parallel and in which, as filtrating media, is used a fiberglass media anchored toa thin layer of non-woven synthetic material, placed on the side of purified air outlet.

THE COLLECTION FILTER IS ESSENTIALLY MADE BY:

• structure made of adequate thickness sheet
• ordinary maintenance doors
• crankcase with sleeves of discharge of oil received
• sedimentation room with metallic separator drops
• first stage: prefiltration
• second stage: filtration

OPERATION
To test the level of blocking filter elements, a pressure differential gauge is used, indicating the differential pressure between dirty air before filtration and clean air already filtered.
At last, totally purified air is expelled from intake filter and placed on the environment through pipelines and a chimney outside the plant.
